Seamless steel 40 L industrial gas cylinders portable using advanced technology, through the national certification, in line with international quality standards and safety standards, is widely used in various fields such as industry, laboratory research, medical treatment etc.
Principles for cylinder use
The pressure reducer selected on the high pressure gas cylinder should be classified for special purpose. The screw buckle should be tightened during installation to prevent leakage.Open and close the pressure reducer and switch valve, the action must be slow;Turn the switch valve before opening the pressure reducer. After use, first close the switch valve, exhaust the residual air, and then close the pressure reducer.Do not only close the pressure reducer, close the switch valve.
When using high-pressure cylinders, the operator should stand at a position perpendicular to the cylinder interface.Do not knock or strike during operation, and always check for air leakage. Pay attention to the reading of pressure gauge.
Oxygen or hydrogen cylinders, etc., should be equipped with special tools, and do not contact with oil.Operators should not wear clothing gloves that are stained with various oils or susceptible to static electricity, so as to avoid combustion or explosion.
Flammable gas and combustion gas cylinders, and open fire distance should be more than 10 meters (when it is difficult to reach, can take measures such as isolation)
